A chip designed for safe and efficient charging of single lithium-ion cells. The chip features protective functions and advanced charge control mechanisms.

Technical specifications:

  • No MOSFET, measurement resistor or blocking diode required
  • Complete linear charging circuit in ThinSOT™ housing for single lithium-ion cells
