Technical petroleum jelly is a product that has a very wide range of applications. Its main purpose is the care and maintenance of components of mechanical systems and protection against abrasion and the harmful effects of weather components. Vaseline is also suitable for light friction knots, as well as for greasing rubber, plastic and leather products. The formulation is also used as a lubricant for low-loaded mechanisms, office equipment and white goods. Low-melting technical petroleum jelly prevents rubber seals from freezing and is often used as a base ingredient in various ointments.
