The PIC12F675 is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller based on RISC architecture, ideal for embedded system applications. With a low number of instructions to learn and rich peripheral features, this microcontroller is used in simple automation systems, battery-powered applications, LED drivers, measurement systems and much more.

Key features:

  • RISC processor: High performance thanks to the RISC architecture with a set of 35 instructions, all single-cycle (except for branching).
  • Operating frequency: Up to 20 MHz (instruction cycle: 200 ns).

Memory:

  • Flash: 1 KB (program).
  • RAM: 64 B (temporary data).
  • EEPROM: 128 B (permanent data storage).
  • Inputs/Outputs: 6 configurable I/O pins with individual direction control.
  • ADC: Built-in 10-bit analogue-to-digital converter (4 channels).

  • Timer0 (8-bit).
  • Timer1 (16-bit with prescaler).
  • Built-in analogue comparator.
  • Oscillator: Internal 4 MHz oscillator, factory calibrated with ±1% accuracy.
