VIPER16L VIPER16LD AC/DC PWM 800V inverter SOP16

VIPER16L AC/DC converter IC with integrated PWM controller and MOSFET transistor with high overvoltage resistance (drain voltage up to 800 V). It is designed for applications in small power supplies, power converters, LED drives and devices requiring low power consumption.
