Regulations of sale using means of distance communication and provision of electronic services. In the scope of services provided electronically, these regulations are the regulations referred to in article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
SECTION I - DEFINITIONS
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, whose special provisions grant legal capacity, which places an Order within the Store;
2. Civil Code – act of 23 April 1964 (Dz.U. No. 16, item 93, as amended);
3. Regulations – these Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the online store superelektronika.pl
4. Online Store (Store) – an online service available at the Internet address superelektronika.pl, through which the Customer may, in particular, place Orders;
5. Goods – products presented in the Online Store;
6. Sales agreement – a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded
between

and the Customer, concluded using the Store's website;
7. Act on special conditions of consumer sales – the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Dz.U. No. 141, item 1176, as amended);
8. Act on the provision of electronic services – the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
9. Order – a declaration of intent of the Customer, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.
SECTION II - GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at the Internet address www.xlsemi.pl
2.2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
2.3. The online store, operating at the address of the superelektronika.pl, is run by

These Regulations specify in particular:
a) the rules for registering and using the account as part of the online store;
b) the conditions and rules for making an electronic reservation of products available under the
online store;
c) conditions and rules for placing Orders electronically as part of the online store;
d) the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided as part of the Online Store.
2.4. In accordance with applicable law, Superelektonika sp. z o. o. reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to persons who are over 18 years of age. In this case, potential Customers will be notified of the above.
2.5. Customers may access these Regulations at any time via the link on the main page of the www.ekomaluch.pl website and download it and print it out.
2.6. Information about the Goods provided on the Store's websites, in particular their descriptions, technical and functional parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
SECTION III - RULES FOR USING THE ONLINE STORE
3.1. The condition for starting to use the Online Store is to add an item to the basket.
3.2. Then we proceed to the execution of the order.
3.3. It is required to agree to the content of the Regulations and provide personal data marked as mandatory.
3.4. The Customer is obliged in particular to:
a) not to provide or transmit content prohibited by law, e.g. content propagating violence, defamation or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b) use the Online Store in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
c) not to take actions such as: sending or placing unsolicited commercial information (spam) as part of the Online Store,
d) use any content posted as part of the Online Store only for your own personal use,
e) use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as the general principles of using the Internet.
SECTION IV - PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING A SALES CONTRACT
4.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, it is necessary to enter the website of the www.xlsemi.pl, select the goods and take further technical steps based on the messages and information available on the website displayed to the Customer.
4.2. The selection of ordered Goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the basket.
4.3. When placing an Order – until the "Order" button is pressed – the Customer has the option of modifying the entered data and in the scope of selecting the Goods. For this purpose, you should be guided by the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
4.4. After the Customer using the Online Store provides all the necessary data, a summary of the order placed will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information on:
a) the subject of the contract,
b) unit and total price of the ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
c) the chosen payment method,
d) the chosen method of delivery,
e) delivery time,
4.5. In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "I confirm ordered" button.
4.6. Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to conclude with Superelektronika Sp z o.o. Sales contracts, in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
4.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
4.8. The Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded at the moment of receipt by the Customer of the e-mail message referred to above.
4.9. The sales contract is concluded in Polish, with the content consistent with the Regulations.
SECTION VI - PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
6.1. The prices of the Goods are given in Polish zlotys and include all ingredients, including
VAT (with emphasis on the rate), customs duties and any other components.
6.2. The customer has the option of paying the price:
a) by bank transfer to the bank account number
(b) payment under the system ...
c) payment by credit card – card payment is supported by ...
d) in person upon receipt of the order in cash
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. Settlement of any disputes arising between the Store and the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
10.2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
